I am the managing associate lawyer at Russell Alexander Collaborative Family Lawyers. I practice in all areas of family law, including divorce, custody, access, child support, spousal support, separation agreements, marriage contracts, cohabitation agreements and property issues.
I am committed to my clients and make sure that I do everything in my power to achieve the most desirable results that reflect each of their unique situations. I am a collaboratively trained lawyer and use my skills as a collaborative lawyer to find creative ways of achieving positive results for my clients. Children matter to me and I practice keeping the best interest of children as a primary focus when providing legal advice and strategies for my clients.
I graduated Summa Cum Laude with an Honours Bachelor of Arts from York University, where I majored in Psychology. I completed my Juris Doctor Program at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2009. In 2010, I was called to the Bar in Ontario. I have been practicing exclusively in family law since my call to the bar.
Before I joined Russell Alexander as an associate, I practiced family law at a boutique firm in Vaughan, Ontario.
Social justice issues have always been important to me. During law school, I completed a six-week internship with the Development of Human Rights India (DHRI). I was also the recipient of the John Yaremko Q.C. Scholarship for my interest and academic achievements in the study of human rights, civil liberties and the rule of law. I am committed to giving back to the community and currently sit as a Board of Director at two different organizations, Luke’s Place and the Malvern Family Resource Centre.
I have a passion for travelling and enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
