Ori Bergman

Associate Lawyer

Ori Bergman is an associate family lawyer who helps clients navigate separation, parenting, support issues and property division with clarity, empathy, and practical problem‑solving. He understands that family law issues often arise at one of the most challenging times in a person’s life and works to help clients understand their options, make informed decisions, and move forward with confidence.

Ori provides strategic advice and representation in both contested and uncontested matters, with a strong emphasis on reaching negotiated, out‑of‑court resolutions wherever possible. Ori appears before both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice and is known for his calm, steady approach and practical, solution‑focused advocacy.

Ori volunteers with the AFCC‑O education committee, contributing to programs that promote best practices and continuing education in family law. Before returning to full‑time family law practice, he served for many years as a rabbi, educator, and certified life and relationship coach, mediating disputes and supporting individuals and families through major life transitions.

Outside the office, Ori is a former tennis instructor who still enjoys getting out on the court, as well as gardening and staying active, but most of all he values time spent with his family, including his dog Ginger.
