We are seeking an Associate Lawyer, to practice exclusively in the areas of divorce law and family related matters, including custody, spousal support, child support and separation. Our lawyers, law clerks and staff members employ a team-oriented approach to serving our clients.
A minimum of 2 years post-call experience in family law is required. Compensation will include a salary plus incentive based compensation. Our offices are located close to the GTA in Whitby, Markham & the City of Kawartha Lakes.
Associate lawyer Nafisa Nazarali will be completing the first Level of the Collaborative Practice Training for lawyers on June 18 and 19 in Oshawa.
Nafisa believes that collaborative family law is becoming increasingly popular as an avenue for resolution of disputes between separating spouses. She is looking forward to the privilege of being able to serve clients who are interested in pursuing their matter through this process.

Russell Alexander associate Nafisa Nazarali is excited to be attending The Law Societies “Understanding Pensions in Family Law” program chaired by Barbara Thompson and David Wolgelerenter in Toronto on October 30th 2014.
The program will provide an in depth understanding of Ontario’s new Bill 133 as well as the new pension division legislation and will greatly assist in servicing clients dealing with pension splits, division and other pension related issues.
