Stephanie Brooks has been immersed in family law for over six years. Over the course of her legal career, she gained experience managing a diverse caseload with sensitive matters, negotiating practical solutions tailored to her client’s goals, and advocating for clients both inside and outside of the court room.
Stephanie was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2022 and she obtained a successful result from an Ex Parte Motion which is published on Canlii. What drives Stephanie’s passion is the positive difference she can make assisting clients through what is a traditionally difficult time by approaching matters with empathy, integrity, and compassion.
Stephanie graduated with Honours from Queen’s University and obtained her Law Degree from the University of Liverpool, graduating with First-Class Honours. During her time at law school, she was honoured to receive various awards for her academic achievements, including the Family Law Prize, awarded for the best assessment performance in Family Law.
