Jeaneva Spencer

Associate Lawyer

Jeaneva “Jen” Spencer is a family law associate at Russell Alexander. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and is certified in Collaborative Practice family law. Jen takes a direct, practical approach with clients and works to find effective solutions across negotiation, mediation, collaborative practice, and litigation.

Jen earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor, where she won the Mediation Competition every year. During law school, she also worked at a not-for-profit legal clinic, helping vulnerable clients navigate complex legal matters — an experience that shaped her client-centered approach to the practice of law.

Jen services clients in Belleville, Napanee, Kingston, and the surrounding areas.

Outside the office, Jen is an avid equestrian with two horses and volunteers with Girl Guides of Canada.
