Aleksandra Set To Complete Her Level II Collaborative Practice Training

This June, associate lawyer Aleksandra will be completing Level II of the Collaborative Practice Training in Toronto. This training supplements the Level I training that all lawyers wishing to practice Collaboratively must complete. The training will focus on further developing expertise in interest based negotiations, client assessment and suitability, managing client expectations, strengthening communications tools and managing a Collaborative Practice case.

Members of the training team include Marion Korn, Eva Sachs, Jennie Ormson and Gail Aller-Stead, all of whom bring extensive personal experience in the area of collaborative practice. Aleksandra obtained her Level I certificate in December 2012, and is a member of the Durham Collaborative Practice group and the Kawartha-Haliburton Collaborative Practice group.
