Deepti is an accomplished Associate Lawyer with over a decade of results-driven legal and business experience, offering a uniquely well-rounded perspective to her clients in Alberta. Her practice is primarily focused on Family Law and Litigation, where she excels in managing complex cases involving divorce, parenting arrangements, and property division.
Deepti’s legal approach is deeply enriched by her diverse academic and professional background, including a Bachelor in Statistics and an MBA in Human Resource Management, followed by six years of HR Management experience within Fortune 500 companies. This corporate insight allows her to navigate high-conflict interpersonal dynamics and complex financial disclosures with a strategic, analytical edge.
After earning her Juris Doctor from Rajasthan University and receiving her NCA accreditation in 2020, Deepti articled at a boutique firm in Calgary where she gained extensive experience in Civil Litigation, Criminal Law, and Employment Law. Since being admitted to the Alberta Law Society in 2021, she has become a formidable advocate in the courtroom, proficiently handling Appeal Court Applications, Questionings, Chambers Applications, and Mediations.
Beyond her practice, Deepti is a passionate contributor to the legal community, serving as a Roster Lawyer for Legal Aid Alberta and volunteering with Calgary Legal Guidance and the Elizabeth Fry Society. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, internationally informed legal advice, ensuring her clients feel supported through their most significant life transitions.
