We are excited to announce that Mark A. Simpson has joined the firm as an Associate Lawyer.
Mark A. Simpson is an associate lawyer at Russell Alexander Collaborative Family Lawyers, dedicated to nurturing strong lawyer-client relationships. He specializes in guiding clients toward effective solutions that minimize time and expenses in the legal process.
Prior to joining the firm, Mark operated his own successful family law practice, where he fondly recalls working closely with clients and gaining extensive experience in family law, including trials, mediations, and arbitrations. Throughout his career, Mark has maintained a steadfast commitment to advancing and safeguarding his clients’ interests with meticulous attention to detail.
Mark earned his undergraduate degree in Philosophy from Western University and his law degree from the University of Ottawa. He finds family law uniquely rewarding and is passionate about supporting clients through their legal challenges to achieve optimal outcomes.
Excited about his role at Russell Alexander, Mark also serves as a Trustee for the Middlesex Law Association Board for the 2025-2027 terms and has previous board experience with the Hamilton Road Business Improvement Association. Actively involved in community service, Mark contributes to the Oakridge Optimist Baseball Board (OOBA). Outside of law and community service, he maintains a strong interest in health and fitness, dedicating early mornings to weightlifting sessions with his personal trainer.
