Giving the Gift of Toys: Russell Alexander’s 3rd Annual Toy Drive
November 10, 2020, to December 10, 2020
Here at Russell Alexander Collaborative Family Lawyers, we are excited to announce that we are holding our third annual holiday toy drive, but virtually this year due to the coronavirus pandemic.
This year, the drive will support Simcoe Hall Settlement House in Oshawa, a nonprofit started in 1935 that runs a food bank and programs to serve school-aged children and seniors.
Our team has pledged to take 50 percent of initial consultation fees booked between November 10 and December 10 and use the funds to purchase toys online, which will be delivered directly to Simcoe Hall.
At Russell Alexander Collaborative Family Lawyers, we think every child should have a gift to open over the holidays. That’s why we’re proud to run a Holiday Toy Drive in support of Bethesda House in Durham Region and A Place Called Home in the City of Kawartha Lakes.
Every November and December, we encourage people to bring new, unwrapped toys and other gifts to our offices during our Toy Drive. The gifts go to families accessing shelter or outreach services, and those who donate gifts can receive a discount on an initial legal consultation.
