Respect is woven throughout the process of mediation and ADR. Hear from experts about best practices for exercising respect in mediation and in negotiations between colleagues, clients, third parties and communities. Our panel of equity-seeking practitioners will discuss:
- how they equip themselves, with the tools needed to secure respect within the ADR space from others;
- solutions and recommendations from a Canadian, American, and international perspective; and
- current and systemic challenges within ADR systems, including rosters that encourage a privileged status quo, what is needed to promote and build concrete, positive change within, and better access to justice using ADR systems.
