Russell Alexander associate Nafisa Nazarali is excited to be attending The Law Societies “Understanding Pensions in Family Law” program chaired by Barbara Thompson and David Wolgelerenter in Toronto on October 30th 2014.
The program will provide an in depth understanding of Ontario’s new Bill 133 as well as the new pension division legislation and will greatly assist in servicing clients dealing with pension splits, division and other pension related issues.
