If you have chosen Interac™ Email Money Transfer to pay your account (you do online banking), please complete the following six easy steps:
1. Open your browser and login to your financial institution.
2. From your banking page you need to select "transfer money through the Interac Email Money Transfer service."
3. When asked which email address to send the transfer type in: ria@russellalexander.com
4. Please specify the $ amount of the transfer/payment.
5. When asked for a security question and answer, do so.
6. Once you complete the money transfer, you must provide us with the 'answer' by emailing it to us in a separate email at: ria@russellalexander.com
You're done! Once completed, we will send you a confirmation.
